1Eligibility — Who May Register as an Employer
  • Must be a legally operating business, company, or individual entrepreneur in India
  • Must have valid identity and business documents (Aadhaar, PAN) for all owners/directors
  • Must not have a previously suspended, blacklisted, or terminated account on this platform
  • Must be genuinely seeking to hire employees for real, current vacancies
  • Placement agencies acting on behalf of other companies may NOT register as Employers. This platform is for direct employers only.
Misrepresentation of eligibility results in immediate termination and may be reported to legal authorities.
2Profile Completion — 4 Mandatory Sections

You must complete all 4 profile sections before posting any job:

  • Step 1 — Company Details: Company name, address, business type, employee count, GST number, contact
  • Step 2 — Ownership Details: All owner/director names with Aadhaar and PAN details
  • Step 3 — Documents: Company registration certificate, GST certificate, owner identity documents
  • Step 4 — Bank Details: Bank account for verification and future payment purposes

All submitted information is subject to admin review. Providing false business information results in immediate account termination.

3Genuine Job Postings — Mandatory Requirement

Every job posting must represent a real, current, open vacancy at your organisation. You may NOT post jobs that:

  • Do not represent an actual vacancy at your registered organisation
  • Contain misleading information about salary, role, location, or company details
  • Require payment from job seekers at any stage
  • Discriminate on grounds of religion, caste, gender, or other protected characteristics under Indian law
  • Are posted on behalf of another company or as a third-party recruiter
  • Are speculative postings without genuine current openings
Fake or misleading job postings are the primary reason for employer blacklisting. Candidates misled in good faith will be notified, and legal action may be initiated.
4Platform Fees — Payment Obligation

Non-Refundable: All platform fees are non-refundable once charged, except in cases of duplicate charge or technical error. See the Refund Policy for details.

GST invoices are generated automatically for each transaction.

5Candidate Treatment — Mandatory Standards

All candidates matched to you through this platform are real individuals who have paid to use this service. You agree to:

  • Treat all candidates with respect and professionalism at every stage
  • Conduct interviews on the confirmed date, time, and mode
  • Not discriminate against candidates on any protected grounds under Indian law
  • Not share candidate personal data, documents, or contact information with any third party
  • Not contact candidates for any purpose outside the direct hiring process for your posted role
  • Not use candidate profile data to build or augment external databases
Misuse of candidate data is a violation of Indian data protection law and these Terms. It will result in immediate account blacklisting and may result in legal action.
6Post-Interview Status Updates — Mandatory Obligation

After interviewing any shortlisted candidate, you are required to update their status within the selection period you specified:

  • Joined: Candidate attended and has joined your organisation
  • Did Not Join: Candidate attended but did not join
Why this matters: Job seekers' profiles are locked upon selection. If you do not update their status, their profile remains locked indefinitely — directly harming them. Repeated failure to update will result in posting restrictions, admin review, and potential account suspension.
7No-Show Reporting — Appropriate Use Only

You may report a shortlisted candidate as a no-show only if they failed to attend a confirmed interview without prior notice. All no-show reports are reviewed by our admin team before any action is taken against the candidate.

False No-Show Reports are a Serious Violation. If we determine you submitted a false or malicious report, your account will be immediately restricted. Repeated false reports result in permanent blacklisting.
8Job Posting Duration & Management
  • Job postings are active for 30 days from the date of posting
  • You will be notified by email before expiry
  • Expired postings may be re-posted at any time to reset the 30-day clock
  • You may manually close or delete any posting at any time
  • Deleting a posting cancels all pending applications associated with it
9Blacklisting — When Your Account May Be Suspended

Your account may be suspended or permanently blacklisted for:

  • Fake, misleading, or non-existent job listings
  • Submitting false or malicious no-show reports
  • Misusing, sharing, or exploiting candidate personal data
  • Discriminatory, abusive, or harassing conduct toward candidates
  • Repeated failure to update post-interview candidate statuses
  • Providing false company or ownership information
  • Any violation of these Terms

A blacklisted employer's active postings are closed immediately. Candidates who applied are notified.

10No Candidate Guarantee

KKhoji Panndit does not guarantee that you will find suitable candidates for any role. The platform provides AI-powered matching as a suggestion tool only. All hiring decisions are entirely yours. We are not a recruitment agency and do not act as your representative in any hiring process.

11Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all agreements between KKhoji Panndit (operated by Shagun Industrial Lines) and its users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the platform, its services, or any breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

By accessing or using KKhoji Panndit, you irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on grounds of venue, inconvenience, or otherwise.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or breach of intellectual property rights associated with KKhoji Panndit will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable Indian law.

By ticking "I Agree" during registration, you confirm that you have read every clause above and accept them in full on behalf of your organisation.
These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your use of the platform.
