2AI Disclaimer — Matching Is Not Guaranteed to Be Accurate

Our candidate recommendation engine uses AI (semantic embeddings and vector similarity) to suggest potentially suitable candidates. You accept that:

AI matching is probabilistic — candidates are suggested, not guaranteed to be perfect fits
Match scores are algorithmic estimates based on profile data — they do not replace your own assessment
Recommended candidates may not be available, interested, or ultimately suitable
The quality of matches depends on the quality and completeness of your job posting
We do not guarantee the accuracy of candidate-provided information

3No Real-Time Verification of Candidate Claims

While we require candidates to submit documents and complete a multi-section profile, we do not verify every claim in real time. You acknowledge that:

Candidate-provided information may not always be fully accurate
Document verification by our admin is not a substitute for official background checks
You should conduct your own independent verification before making any hiring decision

Conducting your own background verification, reference checks, and qualification verification before hiring is your responsibility as an employer.

4No Liability for Candidate Conduct

We are not liable for:

A candidate's failure to attend an interview (no-show)
A candidate's failure to join after accepting an offer
A candidate's conduct during or after the interview process
A candidate's performance or behaviour after joining your organisation
Any disputes arising between you and a candidate during or after the hiring process

The platform provides a matching service. All interactions and decisions after the match are solely between you and the candidate.

5Payment Disclaimer

Platform fees are charged for the technology service only. Payment does not guarantee candidate matches, suitable candidates, or any hiring outcome whatsoever.

6Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice. We are not liable for any business loss arising from such unavailability, including missed hiring timelines.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

KKhoji Panndit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of business opportunity, failed hires, costs of alternative recruitment, loss of revenue, or any other economic or operational loss.

In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by your account to the platform in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

8Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all agreements between KKhoji Panndit (operated by Shagun Industrial Lines) and its users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the platform, its services, or any breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

By accessing or using KKhoji Panndit, you irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on grounds of venue, inconvenience, or otherwise.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or breach of intellectual property rights associated with KKhoji Panndit will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable Indian law.

By using KKhoji Panndit as an Employer, you confirm that you have read and accepted every limitation stated in this Disclaimer.
These limitations apply from the moment of your registration and throughout your use of the platform.
