• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be an individual seeking employment in India for yourself.
• You must not have a previously suspended, blacklisted, or terminated account on this platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
• Placement agencies and third-party recruiters may NOT register as Job Seekers.

Every piece of information you provide on this platform is your legal declaration. You confirm that the following are accurate, complete, and truthful:

• Full name, date of birth, and identity details
• Academic qualifications, institution names, marks, and grades
• Work experience — company names, designations, durations, and income
• Technical skills and proficiency levels
• Identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN) — must belong to you personally
• Languages known and proficiency levels
• Job preferences — field, salary expectations, location, work mode

All documents uploaded to this platform must be genuine originals belonging to you. This includes:

• Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport (if submitted)
• Marksheets and degree certificates for all academic qualifications
• Experience certificates from previous employers
• Skill and training certificates

KKhoji Panndit uses AI computation to match and recommend jobs. These fees fund that infrastructure. By using this platform, you consent to the following charges:

Charges are processed via Razorpay or PayU. GST invoices are generated automatically for each transaction.

When an employer shortlists you for an interview through this platform, you are obligated to attend or give advance notice:

• Attend on the confirmed date, time, and mode (in-person or online)
• If you cannot attend, inform the employer in advance — do not simply not show up
• Failure to attend without prior notice is recorded by the employer as a no-show
• All no-show reports are reviewed by our admin team before any action is taken

When an employer marks you as "Joined", the following happens automatically:

• Your profile is Locked for 30 days — no new job recommendations or employer visibility during this period
• Platform access fees continue to apply during the lock period
• After 30 days, you will be prompted to confirm your employment status

Status update options after lock expires:

• Still Working: Profile remains visible with current role shown
• Quit/Left: Provide quit date and reason. Admin reviews before your profile is reactivated for job search

The following actions result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under any name or email
• Providing false, misleading, or exaggerated information at any stage
• Uploading documents belonging to another person
• Using platform data or employer information for any commercial purpose
• Interfering with platform operations, scraping data, or reverse engineering any component
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any other user or platform representative

• We do not guarantee interview calls, job offers, or employment
• All hiring decisions are made independently and solely by employers
• Job recommendations are AI-generated suggestions and may not always be accurate
• We are not a recruitment agency and do not act on your behalf in any hiring process

• All personal data and documents permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion request
• Payment records retained as required by Indian tax law (7 years)
• A deleted account cannot be restored
• Active job applications will be cancelled upon deletion

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all agreements between KKhoji Panndit (operated by Shagun Industrial Lines) and its users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the platform, its services, or any breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

By accessing or using KKhoji Panndit, you irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on grounds of venue, inconvenience, or otherwise.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or breach of intellectual property rights associated with KKhoji Panndit will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable Indian law.
