GST invoices are generated automatically for each transaction and are available in your account.

2When Refunds ARE Eligible

A refund may be processed only in the following specific, verifiable circumstances:

Eligible Refund Cases:

1. Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same dashboard visit due to a technical error. Must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Payment Gateway Failure: Payment was debited from your account but platform access was not granted (system-confirmed failure). Must be reported within 7 days.

3. Unauthorised Transaction: A charge appeared on your account that you did not initiate. Must be reported within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

3When Refunds Are NOT Eligible
No refund will be issued in the following cases — no exceptions:

— Dissatisfaction with job recommendations or AI match quality
— Not receiving interview calls, job offers, or employment
— Account suspended or terminated due to Terms violation
— Change of mind after the platform has been accessed
— Incomplete profile — you chose not to complete it
— Profile locked after selection — lock is a platform feature you agreed to
— Refund request made more than 30 days after the transaction date
— Charges incurred during a lock period
4How to Request a Refund
  1. Contact us at our support email (displayed after platform launch)
  2. Include: registered email address, transaction date, amount charged, and description of the issue
  3. Attach a screenshot of the transaction from your bank or UPI app if available
  4. We will acknowledge within 48 hours on business days
  5. After verification, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

5GST on Refunded Amounts

When a refund is approved, the full amount including GST is refunded. A revised GST invoice (credit note) will be issued within 30 days as required under Indian GST law (CGST Act 2017).

6Disputes with Payment Gateway
  • If you raise a chargeback directly with your bank, we will respond to the dispute process with full transaction records
  • If the chargeback is found to be illegitimate, your account will be immediately terminated
  • Contact us before raising a bank dispute — most issues can be resolved faster directly with us
7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all agreements between KKhoji Panndit (operated by Shagun Industrial Lines) and its users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the platform, its services, or any breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

By accessing or using KKhoji Panndit, you irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on grounds of venue, inconvenience, or otherwise.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or breach of intellectual property rights associated with KKhoji Panndit will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable Indian law.

By proceeding to pay any platform access fee, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
All charges are subject to this policy from the moment they are processed.
