The AI engine has already been scanning all active job postings for roles that fit your skills, experience, salary expectations, work mode preference, and location. Your personalised job recommendations appear immediately — no searching, no filtering.
When an employer sees you in their match list and decides to shortlist you, you receive a notification on your dashboard. Full interview details — date, time, mode, location — are shared there. If you are selected and join the company, your profile is automatically paused for 30 days so you can focus on settling into your new role.

No. Never. Your sensitive identity documents are stored securely on our servers. Employers only ever see masked versions — for example, XXXX XXXX 1234. Your raw identity information is never visible to anyone except our verification team.
The platform shows you specific tips on what to improve — missing sections, skills to add, salary expectations that may be outside current market ranges. As new employers post jobs and as you complete more of your profile, your match results will improve. The system is continuously running.
Your profile is automatically paused for 30 days. A work experience entry for the new role is auto-added to your profile. After 30 days, if you are still working, your profile stays paused. If you want to look for a new role, you can indicate that and your profile becomes active again after a review.
No. Your profile is private. It is only shown to employers whose job posting the AI determines is a strong match for your skills, experience, and preferences. No employer can browse or search for you — they only see you if the AI recommends you for their specific role.
