Open your employer dashboard and go to the Candidates section for your posting. The AI has scanned all active, verified seeker profiles and ranked the best matches based on skills, experience, salary compatibility, work mode, and location. You see up to 5 candidates at a time.
Each candidate card shows their field, desired role, experience, skills, work mode preference, and a match score. Click to view their full verified profile — qualifications, certifications, projects, and experience. Shortlist candidates you want to interview. Reject candidates who are not suitable — they leave your list and a new match loads next time.
Shortlisted candidates receive your interview details automatically. After the interview, mark the result on your dashboard: Joined or Not Joined. If the candidate joined, their profile is paused for 30 days. The system handles all notifications to the candidate automatically.

Yes. You can create multiple active postings for different roles. Each posting runs its own independent AI matching. A candidate shortlisted on one posting will not appear on your other postings until that shortlisting is resolved.
